About the Role

We are an international digital agency on a mission: to design digital experiences that are not only beautiful, but also meaningful, accessible, and impactful for users and businesses alike.
We're looking for an experienced UI Designer with a strong sense of aesthetics, systems and user needs - someone who takes ownership and enjoys shaping projects from idea to implementation.
What you'll do
- Design visual user interfaces for websites, apps, and other digital touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with UX, strategy, tech, and project management - both in-house and with client teams
- Translate digital concepts into cohesive design systems with a strong sense of brand and consistency
- Actively support requirement gathering with clients, stakeholders, and users - and translate findings into clear design briefs and concepts
- Create prototypes, UI concepts, layouts and final design assets while considering accessibility standards, CI guidelines and best practices
- Contribute to the development and evolution of design systems
- Help define efficient, cost-effective digital solutions with a strong focus on technical feasibility
- Proactively identify technical constraints, collaborate closely with developers, and ensure design and function stay aligned
- Advise clients on brand, user guidance and technology requirements to deliver holistic solutions
What you bring
- At least 3 years of experience in UI design - ideally in an agency or digital product environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in concept, design, and execution
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, including use of components and variables, and experience with Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator or After Effects are a plus)
- Solid experience with responsive design, design systems, and collaborating with developers
- A sharp eye for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
- A user-first mindset, combined with an understanding of business and technical requirements
- A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working
- A collaborative spirit and clear communication skills in both English and German
- Curiosity, initiative, and the drive to actively shape ideas and processes.
